Nineteen Regional Entrepreneurs on Location Le Salon international de l’alimentation

In October 2006, our regional entrepreneurs were part of the 135,000 visitors to SIAL Paris, and met over 5,000 exhibitors from 99 countries. For regional businesses, participating in SIAL 2006 was not only a chance to study tendencies and consumption, but also an opportunity to develop international business relations. Via the fair, they discovered the latest food industry innovations, confirmed their own new ideas, and measured and compared their competitiveness on the world scale.
Cafés Marc Robitaille, Fromagerie St-Laurent, Laiterie de La Baie, Boulangerie Lesage, Charcuterie Perron, Fromagerie Perron, Nutrinor, Fromagerie Boivin, Ferme Eliro, Charcuterie L.Fortin, La Ripaille and Entreprises Gérard Doucet all took part in the mission, headed by SERDEX International in collaboration with the Table agroalimentaire du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean.
