SERDEX International, C.I.D.E.L. and FPInnovation-FORINTEK hosted the second edition of the event, held specifically for regional 1st, 2nd, and 3rd wood processing businesses. Participants had the opportunity to partake in the experience of speakers who are actively involved in the wood industry and do some business networking. One hundred Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean regional entrepreneurs were in attendance from 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM at the Club de golf de Saint-Prime, located at 776, rue Principale, Saint-Prime.
Throughout the day, under the theme “Beyond Your Limits to Success”, seven conferences were given as examples of success in the wood industry. Also, an exhibit featuring various regional processed wood products was held.

The Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean wood industry suffered major setbacks in recent years, leading to a crisis situation. In an effort to turn things around, Alliance Bois brings a wind of change in business practice.
